This year's farmers market is sure to feature the best fresh produce Wyoming has to offer. Fruits, vegetables meat, dairy and fresh baked goods...the easiest way to support our local ranchers, farmers, bakers and makers. Bring the family, bring a wagon, you can even bring your (friendly) dog!

Welcome to the Natrona County Master Gardeners 2026 Farmers Market!

Dates and Times - Every Saturday from Aug 1 through September 26 from 7:30am to 12:00pm. (dates subject to change based on growing conditions)

Place - Agricultural Resource and Learning Center (ARLC) 2011 Fairgrounds Road in Casper, Wyoming.

Cost - $10 per booth each Saturday.

Booth Details – (see map below)

Each booth is approximately 10 feet across in marked locations of the parking area surrounding the ARLC building.

If your display area requires more than one booth, you may rent additional space, up to a maximum of six consecutive booths per vendor.

Each additional booth costs $10 each Saturday.

Review the attached map and select your top three preferred location choices on the registration form.

Method of Registration – Until July 20th.

In Person – go to the UW Extension Office at the ARLC. See Rose.

By Phone – call Rose at the UW Extension Office (307)235-9400. Have your credit/debit card ready. (3% processing fee will be added)

Please note: The opportunity to register for an assigned booth space is available from May 15th to July 20th. Notice of your assigned location will be sent to you before July 27th by your preferred method of communication indicated on your registration form.

If your registration form is not received by July 20th, you will no longer be able to receive a pre-assigned booth space. You will be assigned a booth upon arrival in available space, which is subject to change weekly. For those who don't have preassigned booths, our booth fees will be collected the Saturdays that you attend.

Guidelines and Procedures

Master Gardener volunteers will be on site by 6am to sign in and direct vendors to their locations.

Bathrooms are located inside the ARLC building. Entrance door is on the West side of the building near the Information Booth.

Arrive early to set up your space prior to public opening at 7:30am.

Vendors provide their own tables and tents. Be mindful of the wind.

Vendors may drive into your location, unload produce and set up your booth. Then, please park your vehicle in the public parking area.

Cars may be parked in your selling space, only if feasible.

Vendors need to clean their space when they leave.

A garbage bin is available for use on site.

A trailer with a car constitutes 2 booth spaces.

Non-aggressive dogs are allowed on secure leashes of 6 feet or less.

Owners of aggressive dogs will be asked to leave the premises.

The Master Gardener Farmers Market committee chairs reserve the right to admit or decline admittance of vendors.

Amicable relationships between the vendors and the Master Gardener volunteers are expected and encouraged.

Bring any disagreements to the attention of the Farmers Market committee chairs for arbitration.
